Will distance dating relationships last?

I am not sure how you feel about this issue, but I think that if you wish to go on a distance dating, then you must be mentally prepared. There are certain things that you need to take note.

It is very possible that your partner may stray when you're not around. This is human nature and if you wish to try distance dating, then you must have absolute trust and faith in your partner. If this is not the case, you guys will not end up together in the end. I believe that in any relationships, there has to be trust. If you're not prepared for this kind of commitment, then it is better that you give it up.

If you do not make it a point to communicate often, and it is very likely that the love will slowly fade. This is especially so if you guys are not meeting for a long time, such as a year. You may even question yourself why are you in this relationship in the first place? I'm sure you will get the answer.

To sum it up, long distance dating will last if both partners are willing to put their part. If not, I would urge you to give it a serious thought.

    well i guess the distance relationships are mostly Online Dating or by phone where just you talk and you can't touch and express feeling more clearly with each other.. So i guess 80% doesn't last ....

    Long distance dating will last if you are in regular touch with your loved ones. Otherwise it can easily create misunderstanding which will be harmful for your relation. Be in touch as much as possible.
